The Legend of the Lost Tablet is an adventure book written by an aspiring 5th grader.

I did several mockups for next year’s Study Abroad catalogs. The covers always feature student photography from the current years travels, but that selection process is still ongoing so I used some stock images. These are my two favorites, but they won’t be completed until July or so, so who knows what will go to print.

After finishing this, I think I can finally stop seeing snowflakes when I close my eyes. At least until next November. Designers everywhere must be killing themselves with the overflow of “holiday” advertising floating around these days.

Whitman sends out a president’s card to other schools every holiday season, and I got to design it this year. The photos are by various student photographers over the past couple years. The president’s office actually chose a different version I did, but I like this one a lot better, so its the one going up on the site.

I was recently comissioned by the UNEP to create a poster for a youth conference being held this weekend in Chicago. I was given the “Kick the Habit” logo, and a general color scheme. I was really happy with my integration of the logo with the iconic Sears tower.

In anticipation for next spring I decided to do a poster for my wall. Both decorative and informative.

Quick turnaround, needed the poster to be up by the next day. Got the client go ahead after a shotgun-mockup. Exciting to work under the gun, but the end result is always mildly underwhelming.

On a separate note, I’m really enjoying working on a personal piece, I hope to have it printed by the end of the week.
